Please allow one day production time when placing your order. In the event you have a "rush" request, don't hesitate to call. It may be possible to provide next-day service when you need it!
Delivery Charges
Jobsite delivery available for a fee of $75.00. Please inquire for charges for jobsites off of our truck routes. Forklift offload is available, please call for details.
Packaging
All roofing and siding orders are protected with top metal coversheets.
Pallets are used on all roofing and siding orders longer than 24'. A deposit is required and fully refundable upon return of pallet.
Returns
All roofing and siding orders are custom cut and therefore, not returnable.
Custom trims are bent to the customer's specifications, and therefore, not returnable.
Stock trim, fasteners, closures, skylights, and door track parts are returnable if they are in good condition. Please call to request a pick up and return of these items.
Storage Instructions
If metal panels and trims are not going to be used immediately, please be sure to store the panels in a dry, well-ventilated area. Prevent moisture from building up between the panels, but ensuring that air can circulate freely between the panels, therefore, we recommend you unbundle the panels and stand them on end, if possible. Moisture that accumulates between panels will cause the paint to bubble and white rust to form on unpainted metal. Do not store the panels in direct contact with the ground.
